• PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Uses all analysis tools available to answer/support sales questions
• Using actionable data, provides insight into the promotional performance for use both internally within BBU and externally at Corporate level
• Works with the Safeway National Account Executive to add value to relationships at retail, including the production of Business/Category Reviews, the tracking of sales performances, and the development presentations that aid in sales
• Works on special projects assigned by the Director of National Accounts and the Vice President of Sales
• Support Safeway National sales team and provide support for monthly meeting requests
• Other duties as assigned
• Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing and 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted
• Requires excellent organizational, planning, negotiating and people skills
• Excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills
• Advanced computer skills, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Must be self motivated and able to multi-task effectively This position requires the incumbent to have a working knowledge of financial analysis techniques, presentation skills, advanced Excel skills and a thorough understanding of category management and trade marketing
