Manager, Clinical Sciences; Manager, Physician Education; Manager, Clinical Specialists. Assists in preparation of expense reports, monthly reports. Manages calendars and travel for Managers Arranges and tracks meetings for Managers, including the Clinical Specialist training
Assists Managers as necessary
Manages Physician Education Training Database
Makes photocopies and/or electronic images
Prepares and sends out faxes, e-mails, certified mail and Federal Express
Prepares letters and memos
Organizes and maintains confidential files for Managers
Proven ability to use all MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint Prior experience using computerized information systems and email preferred Office-based, records/data management or clinical employment experience preferred Familiarity with medical terminology preferred Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Detail oriented Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment
The employee is required to read and interpret and follow processes and procedures
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch
The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle environment
