• This position will perform complex and confidential administrative functions to support senior level staff at the bank
• This position may gather, investigate, research, analyze or study information of importance and sensitivity. Prepares and coordinates agendas and materials for various meetings. Plans, manages and directs the business on behalf of the Office of the President Supports the President in dealing with employees, board members, regulators and customers
• Provides initial representation for the Office of the President with outside vendors, organizations, and visitors
• Assumes administrative responsibility for complex and confidential projects
•   This position will also act as Corporate Secretary of the Bank and will work closely with the chair and president on all matters related to the Board in addition to recording meeting minutes
• Manages all aspects of regular board meetings, special meetings, and other events involving board members and staff as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7 – 10 years experience supporting executive level staff preferably in a financial services environment
• This position requires strong technical ability and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office and internet capabilities
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
•   Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to manage multiple priorities
• The position requires the ability to work independently and manage high level work and activities for senior executives with minimum to no supervision
• This position requires the ability to produce accurate and top quality work products which represent the Bank in a positive manner
