THE BIG PICTURE DivX is looking for a Vice President or Director of Human Resources to provide strategic, hands-on HR leadership and direction for the company
In this position, you’ll report directly to the CEO and be a tactical business partner who ensures that our business objectives align with our HR programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully managing the full spectrum of HR work, balancing multiple priorities, and building trust with business managers and employees. Experience managing an international HR function across multiple sites in a multinational company also desired
